Share Your Story

Upload a 5-10 minute video of a story created from data. Some examples of this include data visualizations to analyze the correlation between two variables, or applying machine learning to a real-world problem, but we encourage you to be creative!

In your video, be sure to mention what insights you have gained from the data, the methods you used to obtain them, and the implications of your story. To submit your video, fill out the form linked to the button below. When submitting the form, you can select whether you would like to participate in the competition and/or want your video publicly displayed. The form requires the following:
1. Story title: come up with an interesting and informative title for your video
2. Video link: upload your video to a platform like YouTube/Google Drive and share the link
3. Video thumbnail: provide us a link to the thumbnail you would like for your video
4. Story topics: share three keywords (medical, environmental, deep learning, etc.) to categorize your video and make it easier for others to view

Anyone may upload a video onto our gallery, and anyone in grades 7-12 may participate in our competition. 

The competition has the following categories available for prizes:
1. General (for anyone in grades 7-12, prizes: $500, $300, $200, $100, $100, $50, $50)
2. Most creative (the story with the most creative analysis, prize: $100)
3. Most popular (the video with the most views and likes in our gallery, prize: $100)
